Minden started in 1978 with a couple of manual machines and a phone book of local engineers who needed parts no one else would touch. We've been in Aldershot ever since.
The shop has changed. Manual mills made way for 5-axis CNCs. Drawings arrive as STEPs now, not pencil on tracing paper. What hasn't changed is who we work for: aerospace, defence, motorsport, petrochem, scientific. People who can't accept "near enough".
Most of our work is repeat business. A first-time customer becomes a long-term one because the parts fit first time, the CMM report agrees with the drawing, and the delivery hits the date.
